Our Mission

Yes, And! Theatrical Company presents inspired, innovative, and interactive theatrical experiences for our community. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and story-driven approach to the work we produce while executing our production goals with industry-leading standards of conduct and care for our artists, employees, and partners.

Our Vision

We envision a world in which local and regional theatre succeeds in executing the highest standards of conduct, care, and compensation for its artists and collaborators while cultivating a curious and loyal audience through open dialogue, consistently diverse representation, and a wide range of engaging and story-driven theatrical experiences.

Our Values

Inspiration We read the room and take our cues from our community, both artistically and administratively.

Innovation We accept the challenge of limitations. We execute our goals with industry-leading standards of artistic and administrative oversight. We create with the intention of meeting our community where they are.

Interaction We see theatre as an intrinsically collaborative art form and actively seek to develop partnerships with local artists, businesses, and community leaders that will engage all corners of our community in fresh and inclusive ways.

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access

Yes, And! Theatrical Company is dedicated to a deep belief that as artists, administrators, and as an organization, we begin our most enriching and valuable dialogue when we include a diverse community of voices in the conversation and create a space where our differences allow us to learn, grow, and be inspired by this diversity of voices. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, be it based on age, physical appearance, physical abilities, gender identity or expression, genetic characteristics, nationality, color, race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, social or economic status.
